Wally Weekend Returns to Coos Bay Speedway – Race for the 75th Anniversary Diamond Wally!
One of the biggest drag racing weekends of the season is almost here as Wally Weekend returns to Coos Bay Speedway on July 3-5 with the coveted 75th Anniversary Diamond Wally trophies on the line.
The action begins Friday, July 3, with our popular Friday Night Drags, the perfect way to kick off the holiday weekend. Whether you're making passes down the 1/8-mile or cheering from the grandstands, it's a fun-filled evening to start three straight days of drag racing.
The excitement continues on Saturday and Sunday with NHRA Summit ET Series competition, where racers will battle for more than just a class win. Win your class on either Saturday or Sunday, and you'll earn a spot in the Diamond Wally Runoff. Sunday's special runoff will determine who takes home one of the prestigious 75th Anniversary Diamond Wally trophies—a prize every drag racer would love to add to their collection.
Whether you're racing or just looking for something exciting to do over the holiday weekend, Coos Bay Speedway has you covered with great racing, great food, and a great atmosphere.
