Prather Family Open Show Canceled Due to Weather
It comes with a heavy heart to announce that the Prather Family Open Show is unfortunately canceled due to weather. Between the steady coastal mist, overnight rain, and the soggy week we’ve had, the grounds are simply too muddy to make this event possible—and we know no one wants to be tromping through the mess.
We truly appreciate everyone who planned to be with us, especially those who traveled miles to attend. Thank you to all the drivers, crews, and fans who helped make the 2025 season what it was. Your support means everything to us, and we hope you all understand this tough call.
We’ll be looking forward to seeing you back at the Speedway in 2026!
It’s that time of year again—time to let it all hang out at the Prather Family Open Show this weekend at Coos Bay Speedway! Drivers from all over will be rolling into town to battle it out for bragging rights, trophies, and extended purse money across all divisions.
Headlining the action will be the Three Rivers Casino Street Stocks, going wheel-to-wheel in a 50-lap showdown paying $1500 to win. With big money and big pride on the line, this is one event you won’t want to miss.
Bring the family, grab your seats, and get ready for a full night of racing excitement. The Prather Family Open Show has always been a fan favorite—and this year promises to be one of the biggest yet!
