Wild West Modified Speedweek Sunday Afternoon 2pm June 24th
This Sunday we will swing open the gates with an early afternoon show on the NASCAR Oval. We will be welcoming to town the IMCA Wild Wild West Modified Tour after a couple of years hiatus. The tour is always a welcome sight as it brings large car counts to the bay area. This is the one and only stop for the Modified style race cars this year at the NASCAR facility.
Racers and fans will be testing out a new theory of racing at 2 o'clock in the afternoon vs a later evening run under the lights. Racing early in the day has it's advantages for both the tour and speedway fans. Fan and driver alike will enjoy the early end time sending them home and on to their next destination while it is still daylight outside.
Also racing on the dirt oval will be the Sportsman Late Models, Street Stocks, Mini Outlaws, and Hornets.

Gates open at 12 pm
Racing starts at 2 pm
